How do I order a kart?

There are several ways to order a kart:

  • Call Monk at (434) 594-5260 or Taylor at (434) 623-1100.
  • Contact one of our authorized dealers. You can find the closest dealer on our website under Premier Distributors – ThePremierKart.
  • Email us at premierkarts@gmail.com.

How do I order parts?

Parts can be ordered directly through our website under Products – ThePremierKart or through our Shopify store.

For same-day shipping, please have orders in by 2 p.m. to guarantee same-day shipping. 

You can also call Monk or Taylor at the shop for assistance with ordering parts or answering any questions you may have.


Do you offer race track delivery for parts?

  • Yes. If you would like parts delivered to the track, please contact Monk or Taylor to confirm that someone from our team will be attending the race and to arrange delivery in advance.

Shipping

We ship through UPS, and shipping rates are determined by UPS pricing.

If you place a parts order and feel the shipping cost appears unusually high, please contact Monk or Taylor so we can review the shipment with you.

  • Body panels ship at a flat rate of $90, with up to two bodies per box.
  • Complete karts can also be shipped. Shipping costs vary depending on location. Please contact Monk or Taylor for a shipping quote.

Pricing & Payments

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

  • We understand that purchasing a kart is a significant investment. Payment plans may be arranged if additional time is needed for payment. Once the balance is paid in full, your kart can be scheduled for pickup.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Cash
  • Check
  • Credit/Debit Card

If paying with cash, please bring exact change when possible.


Do you require deposits?

  • Deposits are only required for custom color kart orders.

Scheduling

How do I schedule pickup for my kart?

  • Please contact Monk or Taylor to schedule your pickup appointment. This allows us to ensure your kart is fully prepared, scaled, and properly set up before arrival.

Can I pick up parts at the shop?

Yes. Our shop hours are:

  • Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Lunch 12-1 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

If you need to arrange pickup outside of normal business hours, please contact Monk or Taylor, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
